Yes, they learn from them.
So you will be told to take two wks off during the games, in order not to go to down town area.
Schools will be closed also. People living in venue area are told not to drive because of the traffic restrictions.
They will get the same result which is nobody comes, hotels are empty, traffic have no ridership. |
