水池聲浪太吵,影響shopping atmosphere
廢柴一有function,仲慘,帶來人流,不過係來睇表演,仲無哂車位,要來shopping食飯的人反而不來

"收窄啲行車道"可以設計成single lane, one way up, one way down
依家搞成咁! 無救!

Rental management 仲差!
完全唔知想個mall點? High end or low end??
以為搞function好啲,點知嘈到暈!
好啲嘅租客都走左,或者準備走!
Richmond其他mall都做吓做吓,都揾到direction,呢個Aberdeen, 真 Oh, No!!!

That's why I haven't been there for a period of time.  
And, I would go there early in the morning or late evening.

Driving in single lane might not work in an ideal word!
Chinatown parking works well in this pattern.  Why not in Richmond?
