Cap is in Alberta, the Sandi Arabia of Canada...  , even in Tim Hortons, basic wages start @ $15.00 and still no one applies... $17.50 is the average wage in the cafe... Are you just too "green" to Canada?
That's why, can't compare it to BC... |
