Their noodles are good (I cannot say it's the best in Richmond, but at least, impress me because it's a small restaurant), but other things are fair to poor (soup is bad as compared to the noodles, ingredients are so-so, environment so-so, price so-so... etc.)

In Richmond, I don't know if one is willing to pay more than $7.00 for a meal if there're so many problems, they should have moved to another spot that has lower rent and less Chinese...
