There are adult size bunk beds in Canada as well... I'm 6 ft and my bunk bed just fit me well, same as the one of my cousin...

Thanks to the oil sand industry... But, working there is so bored, no entertainment, just work, and snow... Almost icy all year around...

Weather is an important factor, you know...

That's why we called BC as "beautiful British Columbia", mostly because you can distinguish seasonal change and the temperature is comparatively moderate...
