2) 可能會, means you might go
3) 唔會, means you won't go right now
4) 短期內唔會, means you won't go in the near future
5) 永遠唔會, means you won't go forever...
Hard to tell. From this hijacking event later on, foreign travellers', especially the developed countries, safety can only be worsen. The Phillippine's government is currently experiencing a "HUGH" diplomatic pressure, next time if a similar event brings up she will easily satisfy the "potential" hijackers' request. Otherwise it will continually damage the tourism business...
