I got a speeding ticket at a school zone last week.  I was doubling the limit at 60km/hr without realizing i was in a playground zone... too bad.  Anyway, has anyone had experience successfully disputing a ticket for playground or school zone?  Ppl told me it's more difficult to dispute than if you were speeding on highways or city streets.

yea, i will pay for it, reluctantly.  only because i didn't intentionally speed.  i think there should be a difference in the fine when you speed intentionally or unintentionally...like some kids..

that's why we are not judge.  Judge will consider it.  And that's why we need a judge, and not just relying on a radar to tell us we are right or wrong.

yea, i agree.  they have more time to do these things these days
