I know we cannot bring in meat or fruit(for example from Hong Kong or Taiwan)right? How about cooked meat or seafood? canned?

I mean from hong kong to Vancouver, does canada custom allow cooked seafood? I want to make sure because my sister wants to bring some cooked seafood from HK to here. But I'm not sure if that's possible.....
