Halibut and Chips @ Pajo's Fish & Chips

Pajo's is more a tourists place.  Havana on Commercial Drive has 100% better Fish and chip, and you don't have to wait outside in the cold, though waiting out is the point to go to Pajo for some.

    I just randomly walked in and ordered the fish n chip.  It turned out the best fish n chip I'd ever had just out of dumb luck.  You know, the stars just line up right for me on that particular day.
