    I think almost all stores are operated by mainlanders.  You don't have have much choice in Crystal mall.  

But you should try bbq place, it is not bad at all.  Just don't eat them everyday.

    you have big appitete.  I am usually stuff after the beef needle.

If you like beef noodle, "Sunny house" the tawianese store on the crystal mall street level is the best.  It is my fav place for Tawianese beef noodles in the lower mainland.  

Also, they have Tawianese Mag.  Tawain version's NEXT meg is more raw than the HK's. Love them.

Chichi,  you are right on the bubble tea.  You have to pay me money to drink their bubble tea.  Very poorly made.

walk down a few stores from Sunny House (Same side).   Just follow the smell.
