| A customer called and said that she purchased 3 items (2 for her husband and 1 for hershelf), but when she looked at the bag there are only 2 items but got charged for 3! The staff who rang in her purchase pretty sure she gave her all 3 and we checked our inventory everything are exactly right. We asked her to look everywhere like her vehicle and double check her bag to see if it got stuck somewhere, and she insisted that she looked and could not find it at all, and we shorted her an item by makeing her paid!! Later on she came back, dropped her bag with merchanize on our counter and wanted us to replace her missing item!! When she dropped the bag on the counter, "the missing item" just flew out from the bag!!!!! go figure @_@ |
