What kind of facts do you have to back this up? Last time I recalled, when NDP was in power us British Columbians got nothing in return other than the three "fast" ferries, huge raises for union members, a health care system that will eat up our government's chequebook faster than patients can be benefitted.
Now look outside, just witness all of the infrastructure changes to this province that have been implemented or about to be implemented. I am not saying that the curren Liberal party members are saints, but they are at least putting money into things that we can actually see.
As for the housing market, every big cities have once upon in time gone through this stage when it is heavily invested by foreigners. Dating back a year ago, don't forget who were the people who defaulted their purchases on the pre-sold condos/townhomes. All it takes is another negative event in the stock market and our housing market may once again return to the so-called "normal". |
