10 is a bit extreme. I am talking about 5 - 6 smaller meals vs. 3 larger meals.

1 meal a day will have an adverse effect on metabolism. I strongly not recommend it.

Ideally you would eat certain food at a certain time to get all your daily nutrition that you think you need.

5/6 is not too much. You just eat in smaller portions.
