Too bad that there won't be 100% TAX increase in Alcohol and Tobacco because 99% of those decisions makers are smoke or drink(If they're not permitted to drink either beer or wine I think they prefer to die)

They have to pay but....in short run they have ways to find $..... the worse situation is to quit this status ------ that's all! In long run, they can get Tons of Pentions after retired!
