What do i have to do to get the $6000? i only have the old ID with "3 stars". I heard that we can apply for 智能身份證 at Consulate of China (on Broadway). Did anyone actually do it this way? Thanks for sharing.

The rule for $6000 is that you have to have a valid HK ID by Mar 31, 2012. All non-smart card ID are ...
