intake and exhaust... will they make my car noisier?

what will I gain?

If I need to upgrade my bra ...

Exhausts are simply define as Stock,Sport(more performance upgrade and just a little better sound than stock) and Race(can be both performance and mid range sound to very loud noise) they usually gain 15-25hp with better intake but depands.

holy shxt... didn't know TSX can mod to 315 WHP, 250 ft-lbs.!

Get used E46 M3, used 335i, used S4 for all wheel or used cayman/boxster for performance.
