I thx you for the concern you put on the local ridiculousness, which definately can match, if not surpass ridiculousness cited for HK and the Mainland.

However I'd have to say the way your letter was worded, will probably not result in first class treatment ('beat the crap', etc).

I'd say, save your air on this one, esp if it's to the Delta Police/VPD. Rather I'd want to see that they do see it through and establish a civillian led IIO, with expanded capacity to deal with not just death and serious injury, as both Jim Chu and Gregor Robertson have proposed.

My intent on my last reply, was hoping that, on your next letter, it can be worded more professionally, such that if you are going to spend the time to write something like that, it will bear more weight.

Your effort on behalf of the average citizen like me is definately appreciated tho~
