When both sides are underage, and then there's consent (at least for 1 or more of those guys) 都要比人告? Shouldn't that apply to both side? Why just the guys under charge? Heck, the guys are even younger than the girl, if anything the girl should be more in 'position of authority'? I don't know if this is sexual discrimination against the guys, or to the gals. As if saying girls have no power to assume responsibility for their own sexual actions?
