A lot better than Canada ga la. Authority apologize and refunded/responded within 24 hours.... For this to happen in Canada you must be dreaming... If Lik is so vocal about stuff, I think he should spend more of his effort on our Canadian government. I mean, HK is already light years ahead of Canada in terms of accountability....
Maybe getting those 4 RCMP officiers to stop working around legal loop holes, come out apologize and accept consequences, and then provoke a accountability reform to weed out all these Police/Custom officer 'power trips' would be a very good use of Lik's polictical will-power...
