食皇帝蟹當然是自己即劏, 自己即煮.
腳開邊清蒸, 身避風塘炒, 膏炒飯.
可變為腳花雕蒸, 身椒鹽, 膏炒蛋焗飯
...  千變萬化... :d :p

yes, i have a ~300sqft big kitchen and a sep room ~48sqft with all stoves in trap all 油氣.

and i like cooking.

king crab is easy to 劏, d shell is very soft.
Scissor can cut it.
best size is 15-18lb
more purple color better.

no working now.
i learn both east and west cooking.
never work in restaurant.
i only cook for family and friends.
usually i will host party at weekend for about 10-20ppl

those spike are nothing... it not that sharp.
if you afraid, use a two layer cloth and wape it, it wont go through
