Sadly, I have to say Winter Olympics is a 門面工程 for Vancouver.  Just look at the debt that the city is carrying.  It is a even to promote Vancouver, not to make money.  So by definition, it is a 門面工程

Somewhere around $750 millions.  The amount of money the city can get back depending on the sales at the Olympic Village.
