Building/property inspector? inspector, property, Building

Hi all,

Can anyone suggest or recommend a building/property inspector for pre-purchasing a condo? I'd like one who can provide a written report (some just provide a presentation without anything written). I've read pretty bad things about the qualifications of some inspectors and therefore I'm hoping there's someone that you've worked with and had done a good job.
