i was a bit confused but i think i've figured it out

(after some intense research yesterday)(sorry i am not that smart)

是用： 二捨三入，七捨八入

i was reading the english version

it says 'rounding to the nearest 5 cents increments'

中文翻譯為： 數值修約至最接近的五分錢遞增值

...

at first i thought it was 四捨五入

now i know there are other methods
