Ok, I lied, they're horse clams and not geoducks... but they look similar anyway

Anyhoo... I dug up some horse clams and cockle clams...
我唔想俾出面酒樓整﹐想自己試下整﹗
有冇廚藝大師可以教我點整 (唔係打邊爐) ﹖
我唔識整呢 D 貝殼類東東啊...

已經用水喉洗過﹐外面嘅沙已經冇晒。
但入面呢﹖洗唔洗浸水等入面 D 沙出黎﹖
Cut 係識 cut﹐但點煮﹖

BTW... they're in the freezer right now.

Clam digging is Canadian's favourite summer activity,
where did you go for clam digging? Most of the West Coast water are contaminated by red tide therefore almost all our clams and mussels are from  ...

Hmm... it was my first time there.
My bf's co-workers who organized this trip have been digging + eating these clams for more than 10 yrs, and they checked the red-tide reports before going, I think it's safe la...
