I think it's easy to DIY at home...I did it once...
If you buy in T&T, they will cut it up and clean it for u...just put garlic/green onion on top and steam. It's pretty easy.

As I said (plz read carefully), if you buy from T&T they already clean and cut up everything for you. So only need to steam the leg pieces. Garlic/a bit of salt/green onion/a bit of oil/soy sauce is what you need.

No large wok is fine, just steam fewer pieces a time. I have gas stove, but I don't see why can't you steam with electric stove. We are not talking about stir fry here.

Just time consuming, though. Coz I need to steam fewer pieces in smaller plates...so number of trips to the kitchen goes up... >_< I remembered that whole dinner lasts like 2 hours. But we had a 6lb for only two of us

    It's quite a lot for 2 of us. We didn't have anything else besides that in that night. But any crab smaller than 6lb, the leg is too small and would be "no meat".
