Usually it's 2 weeks, especially for large companies. Small companies might need more time to find replacement and you might want to give them more advance notice, though there shouldn't be anything stopping you from leaving in 2 weeks if you really have to. It's just better to let them replace you so it'll work out for them as well.
Of course, check with your employer/contract to be sure. As well, vacation times are also usually paid in your last pay cheque as vacation pay. |
