You havent balance it before you fly it?

there should be written on the manual that there should be two points at the wings
and you can balance  CG  with them...

wht kit did you bought?
they dun have a battery holder spot for you?

btw if you r 1st time flying any RC aircraft.. it's best to hand launch it before let it take off on land...
unless it a low drag low lift aircraft  which need more airspeed to launch...those already are already for advance players

Yes it is the park. I fly there (heli) all the time since last year and nobody gives me trouble; there were times were cops and park workers were around too. I guess it's because of the size of my heli being so small and I seldom go above 20' or 30'.

Do you fly @ Ironwood? We went there last year before and it looks like it belongs to a club or something, which they are mostly nitro birds.

Dont' fly there...its under  flying route.. they will fine you from there..
