For a group of 30, I don't think you should need a wedding planer just yet.  Maybe try to ask your questions here, someone will probably be able to help you.  Lots of people with experience here.

The most important things is to secure all the venues and commissioner NOW.  Other things can be adjusted...

I don't think a planner can help that much on those.
