city did a poor job of clearing the snow this year....they knew how much snow there will be but they didn't prepare well...

also, the airport mess was a joke....horrible...shame...for a city this size...

that's the problem...27 trucks to serve the whole city?  What a joke!  I'm sure they can hire some contractors.  The point is that they're too cheap to do it.  Just tax the hell out of the people without doing their job well...

it really doesn't matter how many trucks the city own, they problem is that they don't do the job well...another example is this evening...where are the trucks???  People need to go to  work tomorrow too...

skytrain has problems because of frozen track and trains need to be operated manually and they probably don't have enough people to do it

now later ICBC will say they need to increase premium because the snow this year caused too many accidents (thanks to the wonderful road condition )....who's fault is it?
