no, u are wrong, "if 公 眾 人 物 的 隱 私 is part of 公 眾 利益 ....."
公 眾 人 物 的 隱 私 is part of those 公 眾 人 物 的 利益 too
if they dont want to get attention, go find other jobs

Assume that u are those stars, once you took those pics and stored by third party hand (or even your own computer), the boundary is gone. You are the one to give the "keys" to other to break that boundary

maybe i work in IT industry and I have been hacked before, so I know it is damn so easy for a computer with an owner who has no computer background to be hacked in

people pay $$ to watch their live shows, not paying to listening CD
if they can't do live, then don't do it
