a solution that can solve the problem
step one, suggest Mr.K to group all Mr. Tou's articles in one posts (and then updates and make new post in same thread)
step two, have someone to post something interesting instead of just complaining and whining (if you guys have something interesting enough, your posts will not be flooded by those Mr Tao's articles) Mr /Ms K didnt post Mr. Tao's articles for every mins, every hour (24 times a day)

They might be so bored at home or at work, and yes they maybe flooding the forum in another way, but at least they are replying "in person".
