As long as .. you want to sell it .. sell it ..  ( move to new house? )

If for investment point of view ..   April and on is high season anyway ..  but lots of listing too ..

WOW >> monster house ..  (no basement in Richmond. right .. )

If 5,000 ft house here ..  will be $3M plus ..   can't afford ..
