Is talking on cell phone and drive more dangerous then having HOT POT and driving?  not really .. but it is illegal to talk on phone, but not hot pot ..

Same as speed limited ..  doing 110km/hr in a new Ferrari is way more SAFER then doing 99km/hr on a 30 yr old LADA .... but one is illegal, one is not.

u know what ,, it is true, and should be same in Van ..

When someone drives a super crappy car, police won't give him a ticket .. since he can't afford to pay. ( if in US, they will do a TV show)

Also, when someone drives a super nice Ferrari or Lambo .. Police won't give him a ticket too .. ( big guy! Police will chicken! )
