    C fu ...  I go HK .. for play/vacation ar ma .. of course play hard la..  

Morning, stay home, breakfast with family, play with baby,  then take wife out for lunch/shopping, then dinner with friends, then go home for soup/dessert with parents/family, then go out to play with friends ....  

So .. 11am to 5am day .. easy to fill up la..  

Worst part is, the little one was jetlagging like crazy ....

Not play till 5 am every day gei ...  

So .. average still around 5-6 hr sleep .. not bad gum la..

In Canada ..  very normal and healthy 7-8 hr sleep/day la..

Well ..  HK ..  whenever u wake up .. --> Breakfast ..  then lunch ... coming almost right the way .. lol

As long as you dont have EMPTY stomach for breakfast, ok ga la..  lol
