Well ..  put it this way, if China people love to go HK (or Van or wherever) to buy milk powder for no reason ..  ok .. fine .. but why do HK people want to fight for it? why do they love milk powder so much? It is not that you cannot buy milk in HK wor ..   

I still dont get it .. over here ..  people won't even consider milk powder normally ...

Do you feed regular milk to your baby? I am sure it sholud be ok, but probably lacking some nutrie ...

But why HK people don't like to breast feed? (Don't say no milk...that is B.S. for majority) and what's wrong with normal milk? Babies/kids here....mainly drink normal milk la....bigger and stronger wor....

I know lots of moms in HK .... Reason to use milk substitute ... But not milk?  As they are all spoiled la.... Most (90plus%) don't feed their own babies, but their Bun Bun do.... They are not willing to spend time to breast feed nor pump milk..(but they will spend time to line up for famous school) they ask their bun bun to mix milk powder to feed (just ask for hot water from restaurants! ) but not willing to bring or buy fresh milk (will take time to go to near by 7/11. ... Right ..)

Just as when I went HK, I bring milk out for my son,  or go by nearby 7-11 / OK to buy milk.... Friends think I am weird...as they just ask their bun bun or Yan Yan to mix powder and feed ....

H K women are spoiled big time la....

Well, at the end of the day, powder or not, no big deal, as babies/toddlers DON'T need powder at all......

Yeah.... Before 1 ... Breast feed... Then normal milk... Problem solve.

No that I think mainland people buying powder like crazy is good....

But just like they buy Gucci....LV ....D&G like crazy in HK .. But HK people don't need to fight with them to buy LV Gucci ga ma....

It is what they choose ja ma....

Even before this milk powder issue, HK women always ask why we prefer breast feed..... I guess just habit...

It is true ... Harder and more expensive to get milk powder... But is it嬰兒爆發飢餓? NO....


國際援助香港?? Way more other countries before HK.

I am just tired of seeing similar complaint from HK ....

Same here.. 10 or 15 yr ago, American were rich.... With strong dollar....and they came to Canada to buy everything....and made everything expensive.... Now American are broke... So we go there to shop.....

Yeah... That is HK trend... Here? Who cares what school... ( care... But not big deal )

That is what I mean.. HK moms will spend day and nite or month to line up..or do whatever under table to push their kids to famous school... But not few min for breast feeding....

Here.... Breast feeding in the public is not really big deal, (just turn around or so... ) If u do it in HK.., people may put you on YouTube right the way... But pumping milk at home is very private jei.....

Again... Just culture, parents here (say honger like me) love to get kids stuff from HK Japan etc... But my HK friends always ask me to buy kids/ baby stuff for them.... As they still believe the moon here is rounder....
