In Vancouver, or NA, this type of things will happen as well, usually are done by 酒鬼 or hobo.  These people in 港鐵 are loaded tourists come for LV, Chanel, D&G etc.  Can you imagine what 's big 6's 地鐵 with their 酒鬼 and hobo like !?!

Of course u won't see in China, coz the only thing I know is, only animals will pee in areas which they r not familiar with, just to mark their territory!

    hmm...so they only pee in public place when they are on vacation, but not at home.  Interesting.

misbehavior is a relative term.  like if you put a black dot on a white paper, then the black dot is being odd.   But if you put a black dot on a black paper, then you won't notice anything.  same as human behavior in the society.
