Please don't get me wrong, I am not pissed at all. Honestly, as I have mentioned on my post, I am selling this car coz I've just brought a new SUV from Mitsubishi. I had thought of trading in the car at first so that's why I know what the dealer is offering for my car. But since I didn't wanna take the time to remove the things I have put on the car, that's why I am trying to sell it as is personally. I guess Mitsubishi is offering a better price than Toyota.
What I am trying to say on my reply is that, it's true that the price of the vehicle is based on the CBB (like you've mentioned), but whatever the dealer is offering and selling is a totally different story. You'll really have to look at the car itself first before you decide on how much it's worth.
And I totally agree with you that the "general impression" from most ppl on a mod car is a car that has been thrashed. Again, all I want to say is that a stocked car can be in a lot worse condition than a mod car (I am not saying all mod cars are in excellent conditions and all stocked cars are in bad conditions). At the end, it all comes down to how the car is being treated/maintained. That's why I have mentioned so many times you'll have to see the actual car before you can make any judgements. But, thanks for giving me a chance to speak on behave of mod car owners. |
