So talk to me when you have money for a used Cayman S.

What good does your Porsche do when the driver has no idea of how to take it anywhere close to its limits? Driving is so much more than straightline acceleration and street racing. If I were your car, I'd be crying and bemoaning of how my driver has no idea of how to tap into my potential~

Davidcopperfeel: Don't assume Lik doesn't have the $ for a Cayman S. Able to afford and wanting to spend are 2 diff things. Maybe he got better cars, who knows. We all know there are many rich lurkers in the LYK forums pretending that they are poor LOL.

Lik: Don't assume Davidcopperfeel doesn't have performance driving experience. I'd say more Porsche owners (as a percentage) hit the track than most Japanese car brands' owners. The statistics is against you.

Stereotype is just nasty stuff. Get back to the cars guys.

Ya, didn't you know my other ride is a white Escalade riding on 25" bling bling wheels?

But CP is the one with 20 super cars hidden in his high tech underground garage la~ It's just that he likes to keep a low profile gum je~

I definitely agree.

Don't judge people by what they wear or what they drive. For me, I loved Porsches since I was a child.... because of the unfair stereotyping for people who owns pricier cars... I made myself waited until last year to finally buy my first 911 (being afraid of being judged as a spoiled kid or farmers) . I'm a big fan of cars, doesn't matter if it's Tata or Bugatti, I just really enjoy studying about each car.

Can't we just keep this forum clean and friendly, where car guys and gals come and talk about car stuff.

And..... stop giving Porsche owners a bad reputation! Majority of Porsche owners I met are just genuine, down-to-earth car nuts.

Not sure if I am dead wrong.. but buying a relatively luxury car in North America is actually not that difficult...!  You just have to work hard, and not over spend...!

Average low level income is probably around $35,000-, if you would to save $750 a month for 5 years.  You have a saving of $45,000-

That's probably enough to lease/finance yourself many high performance used cars

If you start this at age of 24, you should archive your goal before 30 years old.

So, honestly speaking, you don't have to be rich to do so, just matter of priority.

I never said Lik can't affort a used Cayman S, but please go get yourself a porsche before talking sh1t here.

Lik , You can never judge the car when YOU NEVER EVEN SIT ON IT.

While we disscus the driving experience of porsche here.  I don't get why a Miata owner is trying to be Porsche Professional.

I'm happy to race with you on a race track . Name me the place and time.  Just don't cry when you lose because you don't have a Cayman S.

August 26, 2010 -- UBCSCC Track Day #3
September 27, 2010 -- VCMC Track Day #2

Both track days are held at Mission Raceway, but they are just that -- track days, so it isn't about racing. But if you want to try your hands at a timed event, you are more than welcomed to try your driving out at the VCMC or or UBCSCC autox events.

I'll very likely be at the September VCMC event. So I'll see you there? (Don't talk shxt and chicken out now wor? )

Lik likes to pretend a PRO for everything.  He attacks 90% of my posts no matter what i wrote he'll chase me like a dog. He'll reply anything just to attack for no reason.
Myself never attacked him but defencing his replies.  I really hope he can get over it since i never started the conversation with him.  What he does is making 20+ posts everyday trying to be Pro/Attack people here but nothing else.  I wonder if he has a job or still in high school.
