I competed with world  class  professional chefs and won, 17 times.
No, I never own any fancy restaurant, but works for some top one
in the country.
I would never compare myself with my uncle, he is a top
business man, but, would you believe that he is not actually a pro
cook? All his  disciples  are actually  his employees. He never work
in professional kitchen before he opened Forum in 1974. He does has
very good taste thou.He started his restaurant with a partner but almost lost  all his shares,
backed by a faithful customer he re-launched his restaurant in 1979
and fought in court for year to re-claim the restaurant name.
A good cook is not good enough to be a successful restaurateur.
