according to them, if we have a text messaging plan, then we will not be charged...how about if they gave me credit for my outgoing text messaging? would in that case be considered as having a text me ...

if i understand your question correctly....
A plan means you purchased a package that give you a limited of amount of sms you can send and receiving is unlimited. If you don't have a sms plan, every single sms (sent or received) will be charged $0.15 per msm.
If you dont' have a sms plan, and you report spam sms, you will see a $0.15 chrg on your bill and a credit to off set the chrge. like -$0.15. |
