I still want to know which of my restaurant  only operate for a short period of
time and forced to close.
However, I did set up 30+ restaurants and bakeries for clients, they may use my name
for advertising, but my assignment completed the day the restaurant open.
It works like Election, the Election day is Day Zero, 90 days count-down.
so it is Day 90>89>.......Day zero, I would turn over all documents to the
business and farewell.  There were indeed some downfall, but I  retain good
relationship with the proprietors, some very rich people in town.

Another rumor is  about   the reason I have so many professional chefs as my student,
he  repeats that  just because I teach Foodsafe for the Chinese chefs who cannot read English.
It is an insult to the chefs, they pay tuition to attend my cooking classes learning
something different from their routine, while I do private Master Class at their restaurants.I have been teaching Canadian Red Seal Program since 1990, some of my students became
chefs in Hong Kong.
I've organized  training seminars for visiting Chinese Master Chefs from 5 Star Hotels,
$50,000 RMB per person. again, everything is documented, I have their full resumes
on registration.
The only truth(not secret)  he ever talk about me is that  I did not grad from High School,
all my students know that I have only grade 8 education in HK. I never went to school in Canada
but managed to get hired as Chef Instructor at BCIT in 1981, teaching colleges and schools for almost 30 years.
My position at the Canadian Culinary Federation is  Director of International Education Service (Certified & Sealed).

Why don't you expose the true rate (not inflated) you received?

Face the fact, you don't dare to open another cafe or restuarant in this life which you had admited privately.

I'm not IT  personnel, but at least I know some basic Internet etiquettes;
it is an open forum, everyone is welcome to participate with their input and opinion,
However, the inputs should be pertinent to the topic.
Why bother coming on board posting nothing but  irrelevent personal attack?
Start you own and say whatever you want, it is your own, why keep spamming

An adult should know something about manner.
I never condemn any individual except politicans, and I tolerate name calling
and slandering which I do not deserve.
As you all know that I have only grade 8 education, yet I would not do such lowly
thing,  can't   you learn to be a gentleman?Keep accusing others BSing,   is it anything to do with you?  did anyone attack you or
your privacy?  Don't forget whenever you point a finger to someone, there are 3 fingers(of yours)
pointing at yourselves?

I  have no intention to open another restaurant of my own, that is true,
too old for that.
My rating?  from what I received from school administrative
Election Canada and professional organization, 9 out of 10.Everything I say is documented, upon review. Check with my
supervisors other than guessing, no more libel please.
In fact, I'm being asked  to sit on board of a government
Marketing Agency, if time allows me
