so hard to find a job

I've been looking for a full time entry level job for 2 months.........I've sent so much resume out..and still no luck.  Was it that hard for you guyz to look for a job when you graduated from University with ZERO experience.
or is it because I have a fine arts degree and not business related degree.....-_-.  sigh..

try to gain experience from small companies first...

To be honest, an art degree is too general. How is this degree better than the more specialized degrees?

Also, no experience is a turn-off for employers. They don't want to devote more resource in training especially the economy is getting weak right now. Look at the US and CAN stock market today.

No kidding.... My company was always understaff (even now) but they decide to go on hiring freeze...

oh man... I am amazed by their efficiency sometimes.....

I applied for a government job Nov 2007.  A month ago they called me to do a screening test, which took place last week.

No doubt though, give it a try!

And be hopeful cuz it does take that long!
