Ginger都賣晒啦。

如果唔介意住Chinatown﹐都係一個唔錯選摘。以我所知﹐V6A pre-sale都賣得唔錯﹐應該無咩一手盤淨。但係一定有人放﹐價錢都OK架。個interior design幾好﹐同ginger/ smart living差唔多。本人覺得ginger用料好D。

其實爭幾多呀﹐咪又係隔幾個街口。

smart living 係powell夾main﹐話就話gastown其實個location都真係好邊皮。

location黎講我就覺得兩棟都麻麻﹐我唔會想日日落街都感覺差勁。

main 街以西,ontario 以東果堆假西區,貴過main 街以東好多
我粗略計過, 大約差15%
個學校區都唔同o左.d家長想仔女讀churchill 就會想住west of main

果D盤都唔會係俾小朋友住啦﹐有仔女點都唔會買gastown/chinatown啦(又唔係真係平﹗)
