the cheapest one i saw so far was 76.9 on kingways and victoria..several 77.7s too

It seems that the last time crude was around $40, we were around where we are today at the pump. So it's not exactly gouging us if we look back in time. Of course if we compare our pump price to the states' then it's a definate rip...
