before you make your next purchase (or ended up disappointed), get someone to check your water line pressure first.
If it's lower than 75psi, you have pressure issue (and in that case: no handheld shower device will satisfy you). 75~90psi seems to be the norm these days and for some PEX hose home owner: the builder or the water tank guy would typically crank the pressure up as high as 120psi (seen it before), and even though you get excellent pressure for your handheld, you run the risk of line bursting and/or water tank seam cracks when they become old (weak).
