hi~~ haha 我之前都問過D個問題~
你可以參考啊~ http://www.loyaukee.com/forum/viewthread.php?tid=11185&highlight=
我上年係T&T 買左一包包既魚生, the airtight ones. 用個細形既cooler, 放左幾包冰 (the blue ones that you put in coolers) 包住D三文魚. 返到香港都沒融~ && 我有帶左北極貝 & they acted like ice packs. So it was ice packs, 北極貝 then 三文魚 wrapped together then put into the cooler.
i just read your thread! glad they have such packing in fish store.
the ones you bought in 名洋, about how much was it? and you can eat them like sashimi right? (just to make sure i wont get diarrhea= =")
Yea, the ice are the blue bottle ones, but i think my 北極貝 helped more since I had more 北極貝 than the ice packs. The t&t salmon tasted like regular sashimi, nothing too spectacular, I think the superstore ones tasted better.
I thought of buying the superstore ones too since they're better haha but never really ended up buying it to bring it back to hk, but i think it should be the same? so random, would putting it in a ziploc bag and vacuuming out the air make it airtight, or put it in some sort of airtight container work?
the ones I bought at 名洋 tasted like the t&t ones to me, pretty good,, but I find it a bit expensive so I bought a little then bought more from T&T. Not sure about the price right now
i havent been to 名洋 before. i am just wondering what's the price like?
also you can just eat it right out from the package right? any special instruction before eating the sashimi?
thanks a lot!=D
I tried two times to packed Salmon sashimi and smoked Salmon to HK for family. But when they told me they could get better quality (from Norway) and lower price (might from wholesaler) in HK, I stopped packing salmon here in Vancouver all the way to HK I found smoked salmon from Norway selling the same price range in Jusco Hong Kong. It's not worth to have all packing, carry trouble unless you can't think of any souvenir from here.
