一則, 不能証實. 中國一定有 thugs and goons, 也有橫蠻人. 有幾多? 唔可能知. 有多少? 唔可能知. thugs/goons/橫蠻人的定義是啥?
沒有fact base 既指控 我自不為之.
Vancouver 年中大把大大少少偷盜打劫暴力罪人, 相信thugs and goons也有.
94(?) 年 Stanley cup 暴亂, Stanley park 打人事件 ... 諸如此類, 難道就應討論"Vancouver人普遍有幾橫蠻"? 或者外國報紙就話
