Hi big brothers:

Do anyone scan film here?  Professional Labs here cause tons of money to scan.  Anyone can give me some advices for scanning film (Medium format 120).   

There are some canon flatbed scanner go for $150 bucks can do 9600X9600dpi.  And there are $5000 nikon coolscan. What is the diff?

I have two Minolta scanners (they are pretty hot on ebay now) at home but I only used one of them once.

What is the important spec if I am looking for a film scanner?  What is a good buy?

(Can I send you a couple rolls to scan?)  I don't have a film camera yet, but looking to get one to play.

I can sell you one of the scanners if you can wait till I go back.  I don't think I will shoot film in the forseeable future.  Digital is just too good.

Regarding specs, color and clarity seem to be obvious considerations.
