You can't put back the DVD because the DC cable is sticking out. I usually tape it with kapton tape so the DVD can slide in and out properly.

If a group of keys don't work, it's keyboard for sure.

well I can't even see it in my computer tho?
but I have an unknown device under device manager...
I m guessing it is the DVD...

You need to look up the hardware details and Google the code and find out what that is.

If it's the DVD, it could be caused by iTunes.

That is not helping, I should make it clear that on that hardware properties, click on Details, and Choose device instance ID. Google the string VEN_XXXX&DEV_XXXX that can tell you what that piece is.
