                    Upload speed 0.28 Mbps

和香港朋友通電話, 他們時常投訴聽到我講嘢"窒吓窒吓"，我就聽得香港朋友說話非常crystal clear。
已換了新款Citi phone box，問題未能解决。Citi 說是Upload speed 的問題，叫我向Shaw投訴，是不是在我居所附近太多客户而未能提供相應的設施，問Shaw有無辨法改善。
想請問各位LYK我這樣問Shaw 有無理據？

Your upload speed is slow, well.. standard high speed upload is is 0.5Mbps. If you upgrade to the next package (Extreme-I), you should get 1Mbps download which should help the problem.

I checked at 11:15pm prime time, upload speed as low as 0.16Mps.

I use Citi Internet phone with Shaw high speed internet too...no problem for me...

Well, Shaw is shared resource, time to scream at them to kick some abuser off their node.

Fibbi, which connection method you are using? I am using method 1.  Before I used method 2.

Upgraded to High speed 10 (was High Speed) , it is improved. No complaint now, I stop all the computer activities when using Citi phone.

Off topic, I got cheaper price even though I upgraded the plan.

I am using modem -> router -> CITI telecom box -> computer. The CITI modem box is slow, don't want it to slow down other computers' traffic. But still, I got no problem BT or downloading stuff when I'm talking on the phone.
As I recall, Citi now has newer box I'm still using the old Nortel one. Maybe new one would be better.

Have you adjusted the QOS (quality of service) option of your router? The quality problem should have solved instantly.

Method 2 is good for telephone? Or computer?
